First came the negroni, then the white negroni, now this… white faux negroni. The French appear to have put their own spin on the classic Italian negroni to create the white negroni. We like it, but we decided to take it a step further and add a little prosecco to boost the flavor and fun.
Before you start:
We used prosecco, but you could certainly substitute with champagne or other sparkling white wine.
Make this the signature cocktail for your party. Simply add equal parts of Suze and white vermouth to a pitcher. Refrigerate it. When you are ready to make drinks, add 2 ounces of the mixture to ice and top with 4 ounces of prosecco and an orange peel.

The ingredients:
- 1 ounce Suze
- 1 ounce white vermouth
- 4 ounces prosecco
- ice
The Method:

Add Suze and vermouth to a cocktail shaker filled ⅔ with ice.

Shake until jet cold, then strain over ice in an Old Fashioned glass.

Add prosecco and garnish with an orange peel twist.
